KRUX Health ("KRUX," "we," "us") operates the website krux.health. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

When you submit the access request form, we collect:

• Your email address
• The professional segment you selected (e.g., Military / Special Forces, Emergency Services)
• Your approximate country, derived from your IP address at the time of submission
• The date and time of your submission

We do not store your full IP address beyond the initial request.

Why we collect it

We use this data for one purpose: to evaluate access requests and contact you about Dalton, our human performance platform. We will not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your data is stored

Your submission is stored in Cloudflare KV, a key-value data store operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare maintains data centers globally and processes data in accordance with their privacy commitments and applicable data protection regulations. When you submit the form, we also send ourselves an email notification through MailChannels so we can review your request promptly.

How long we keep it

We retain your submission data for as long as it is needed to evaluate and respond to your access request. If you would like your data deleted sooner, contact us and we will remove it within 30 days.

Cookies

The main krux.health site does not set any cookies. We load Google Fonts for typography, which may set its own cookies according to Google's privacy policy. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies of any kind.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
